Service Description

Join me for a day of mindful creativity Yoga & Meditation Creative activities plus Pottery painting Time outdoors Maximum of 10 participants No yoga or artistic experience required! The day will run from 9.30am until 4.30pm on Saturday the 20th of June at Trusthorpe Village Hall. Please bring a packed lunch. Drinks and fruit will be provided. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement and bring a pillow and an blanket for the guided meditation.

Cancellation Policy

I understand this is a non-refundable event and if I need to cancel I can sell my space on but will let the host (Stephanie Otter) know who is attending in my space.
