SO..Yoga Membership offers a live, full length class every week. You have the option to join me live or catch up at your convenience.
Live classes are on a Wednesday evening at 8.15pm.
Each class will remain in the group for you to practise as many times as you like!
The classes are delivered via a private Facebook group. You will be able to see me and ask questions by typing them in the comments box, but I can't see you and other class participants can't see you either.
This means you can fully relax and immerse yourself in your yoga practise.
Investment is just £12 per calendar month.
