Looking for yoga classes in Lincolnshire? I teach a range of daytime and evening classes throughout our local area. You can find me in Alford, Mablethorpe and Theddlethorpe. Yoga and Pilates Classes in Alford

I teach a range of Yoga and Pilates classes throughout the week at Empower Fitness Studio in Alford. I offer a weekly Yin Yoga class in Alford and also 'The Quiet Class' this is a yoga class on a smaller size, capped to 8 participants, perfect for anyone feeling a little anxious about trying yoga, or joining a busier class. Empower Fitness is a beautiful studio, with ambient lighting and relaxing music, these classes always feel extra special.
Alford classes last one hour and are £6 each or you can purchase a block of 10 for £56.

Yoga Classes in Mablethorpe
